We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as offered. We retain all rights in our software, branding, and documentation.
Customer content remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.
Paid plans renew according to the order or checkout terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches. Either party may end a subscription according to the plan terms.
The service is provided as available. Liability limits and governing law are as stated in your order form or applicable agreement.
